Te Tatau O Te Po - Marae Visit
The Middle Syndicate had a fantastic trip to the local Marae. We were welcomed onto the marae and were made to feel part of the family/whanau. Our children learnt more about and put into practise Maori protocol we have been learning about at school. We learnt about the designs of Tukutuku panels and listened to two local legends which we then had to perform.
What a wonderful experience had by all and we are looking forward to being able to visit Te Tatau O Te Po again in the near future.
